Texas Notarial Fees

Monarch begins with a simple basic-notary fee structure. Texas law establishes maximum fees for official notarial acts. The following commonly requested fees are based on the current Texas Government Code §406.024.

Mobile Travel Fees

Travel fees apply when Monarch travels to the client's requested location. The travel fee is separate from the Texas notarial fee. Distance is measured from Monarch's service starting point to the appointment location.

0–10 mile radius

21–30 mile radius

For appointments requiring travel beyond the normal service radius, any additional mileage or fuel-related charge will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before travel.
